Recently had a family heirloom watch repaired which I was told was beyond fixing. Monarch Jewelers said without a doubt I would have sentimental piece looking brand new! After a few minutes of great customer sevice I was walking out the door anxiously awating their call that it was ready to be picked up. True as the time it now keeps, the watch was perfect. Monarch went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I can now hand down my watch to my little guy when its his time.... Thank you Monarch!!!!!!
